On Tuesday September 15, 2026, the Bay Area UASI finally received the FY25 grant award letter from CalOES. Next steps include official acceptance of the award by October 4, and final project list confirmation and submission to the State by October 26. We anticipate that MOUs for all subrecipients will be sent and finalized in November after the Approval Authority approves the final list at a special meeting (date still TBD, but sometime in October). Do not start spending on any FY25 projects until those MOUs are fully executed.
